What is life coaching?

 

Life coaching is for  people looking to make progress in their lives in order to attain greater fulfillment and even joy. This can look like improving relationships, careers, and day-to-day life.

In creating these strategies, I will help you identify your unique strengths and skills, as well as barriers in thinking and how to decrease them and change your mindset. I provide life coaching in 3 different areas.

This includes increase self confidence , decreasing self doubt, and empowering you to achieve your goals. Goal setting is a huge part of personal growth. I teach you how to set incremental objectives, hold yourself accountable and how to change your mindset to see each small task as achievable and part of your larger goal without getting overwhelmed.

Career Coaching

As a former corporate employee I know all too well the stress of navigating the workplace as well as stressing about your career goals and passions. I can help you manage stress in your day to day work life , as well as explore and reflect on possible changes to your career path or job/ position you are considering. 

Life Transition Coaching

There are many milestones and phases in one's life that are natural but also chosen. Some transitions like a new job , motherhood or new move can throw off our day to day life balance as well as our confidence. Let me help you learn skills to manage your daily life and get balanced as you adjust.
